SEFA offer private coaching to all athletes regardless of age and experience. Our coaches develop individual, tailor-made training sessions to allow you to develop all aspects of your game.

Any athlete wishing to raise their game can benefit greatly from one-on-one instruction. It provides far more than any team training session can, and it can be a great addition to existing team training. We are able to take the time and attention necessary to dissect the technical aspects of crucial game mechanics like ball striking, passing, and receiving, among others. Both during and after a session, we provide video footage and analysis to help players understand how proper and improper technique can effect their pass, shot, touch, and other actions.

Basic movement techniques, ABCs and fitness drills, as well as position-specific drills to help with decision-making, will all be covered in a typical one-on-one session.
